A VOICE FOR ALL PEOPLE
For the community to accept one’s invitation to serve them in government is to be entrusted with something of great value that must never be taken for granted.
When I first ran for City Council, I promised to help make Highland Park a more inclusive, thriving, and welcoming community. Reflecting on my first term, I'm proud of what we have achieved, from advancing economic development to strengthening our sense of community inclusive of all. Today, Highland Park is a city that balances progress with tradition and that ensures we remain fiscally stable, safe, and good stewards of the environment while pursuing new growth opportunities.
As I seek re-election, I bring the experience of having delivered on many of my promises. I aim to ensure our City continues to thrive in a time of great change as we innovate creatively while still standing on our city’s strong foundation. We have much to be proud of, but we still have more residents, visitors, workers, and students to be inclusive of, more storefronts to fill, and more businesses to retain.
