David Delaney Exploratory Committee
If you want an experienced, ethical public leader advancing progressive Democratic values in North Carolina’s 6th Congressional District, please consider a contribution to the David Delaney Exploratory Committee to fund David's exploration of a run for Congress.

David is an attorney, community advocate, father of two school-age children, and Chatham County resident. He is a West Point graduate with more than twenty years of experience as an army military police officer, senior cybersecurity attorney with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, law professor, and Chatham County elections board member.

As a soldier he led a platoon of NATO peacekeepers in Bosnia and commanded a law enforcement company in El Paso, Texas. As a career civil servant he helped develop the nation’s cybersecurity strategies and programs during the Bush and Obama administrations.

Leaders of character, integrity, and judicial temperament remain essential to sound global security strategies. They are equally vital to confront global climate change, expand access to affordable health care, promote social justice and economic equity, and recommit to individual liberties and rights that women and minority communities have fought hard to win.

Your donation shows how much you value leadership experience, professional expertise, and ethical conduct working for you in Congress, improving our government institutions, and promoting collaboration and problem solving over partisanship.
