UNSEAT the Utah Politicians who turned their backs on democracy!
Utah State Rep. Jim Dunnigan and Sen. Allen Christensen led the charge to abandon our democracy this year when they sponsored legislation to repeal Prop. 3, a voter-approved ballot initiative that expanded Medicaid.

Not only did these politicians disregard the clear will of voters, they chose to implement a back-room deal that took away Medicaid from more than 50,000 Utahns. The two men have clear connections to the insurance industry (Dunnigan runs Dunnigan Insurance and Christensen sits on a board of Select Health), and they chose insurance company profits over Utah voters.

Their scheme takes away affordable health care from thousands of families who earn less than $17,000 a year. It also forces Utahns to pay three times more, ships billions of our tax dollars back to Washington, D.C., and costs the state thousands of jobs.

Their actions reveal that they think they're above the law, but we won't let them get away with it. We can put a stop to this behavior once and for all by funding their opponents in 2020.

This is the start of a movement to hold all politicians accountable for abandoning our democratic principles. Together, we can send a strong message that our votes still matter.
